WAIVER & Assumption of risk

I understand that firearms training and participation at a shooting range involve inherent risks, including serious bodily injury, death, hearing or vision injury, property damage, and risks arising from the actions of other participants.

I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with firearms handling, live-fire training, range activities, and related instruction.

I agree to follow all instructor commands, safety rules, range rules, and applicable laws. I understand that I may be removed from training if my conduct is unsafe, disruptive, impaired, or otherwise inappropriate.

I certify that I am not prohibited under applicable federal, state, or local law from possessing firearms or ammunition, including due to a disqualifying criminal conviction, protective or restraining order, or other legal restriction. I confirm that the information I provide during registration is accurate.

I understand that I will be required to sign a student agreement and waiver before participating in training.

By checking the required acknowledgment during registration, I confirm that I have read and understand this Waiver & Assumption of Risk, certify the accuracy of my eligibility statements, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
